Installment loans by salary

PVFC loans without guarantee asset to individual customers who have monthly repayment source from salary of companies accepted by PVFC.

Eligible customers:

• Customers who are working staff of PVFC, PVN; subsidiaries of PVFC, PVN; companies which has at least 10% of shares, captital of PVFC, PVN; companies which has at least 30% capital of the subsidiaries company of PVN;.
• Customers’ companies sign a commitment with PVFC in customer management and coordination of loan collection;
• Customers who purchase life insurance.

Loans application:

Installment loans request form (certified by managing unit): Competence to certify of companies which customers are working for (click here to download):

• Regarding member units of Petrovietnam: Director, Deputy Director of the unit members, Union President, Union Vice President shall certify;
• Regarding Divisions of the Group: Head of Division and Union President shall certify;
• ID of borrowers (copied);
• Documents proving relation between borrowers and companies such as Labour contract or Promotion Decision or Transfer Decision (copied);
• Documents proving income of borrowers or his/her spouse (if any): Salary slip of 3 latest months (copied); regarding special cases as companies of borrowers do not allow to copy salary slip, certificate of salary level issued by authorized personnel of companies (such as Director, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant) will be accepted.
• Documents proving capital spending purposes: only apply for loans worth more than 100.000.000 (One hundred million); Depending different loan purposes, borrowers will be guided and provided loan dossier according to regulations and supplement documents (if any).
