Required documents:
1. Legal documentation:
- Loan application (click here to download application form)
- Identity card, House hold book of borrowers (Copied);
- Marriage Registration Certificate of borrowers (if husband or wife is not in the same house hold book) Certificate of No Marriage (if borrower is single);
- Indentity card, House hold book of guarantor (copied), if any;
- Marriage Registration Certificate of guarantor (if husband or wife is not in the same house hold book) Certificate of No Marriage (if guarantor is single);
Guarantee asset documents: the land use right certificate/ housing ownership certificate issued by authority.
Documents proving loan spending purpose
- Real estate loans: related real estate documents (copied);
- House construction, repair loans: Constrution license (if any), Construction Contract (copied); papers of constructed, repaired house (in the event that constructed, repaired house is not pledged house);
- Car, vehicle, stock purchasing loans: documents related to assets (copied).
