PVFC has approved to trade corporate bonds Vietnam State Bank Governor on November 14th issued the Decision No. 2481/QĐ-NHNN supplementing “perform the skill of buying, selling corporate bonds” in PVFC’ Lisence of Eshtablishment and Operation (at point 5.4, term 5, clause 1, Lisence No. 72/GP-NHNN dated March 17th 2008 granted by SBV).
According to the Decision, PVFC will reform its operating regulation to meet the above change, and register at the State Bank and jurisdiction government offices, then announce the modified contents conforming the Law.
This Decision is the un-separate part of the PVFC’ Lisence No. 72/GP-NHNN dated March 17th 2008 granted by Vietnam State Bank Governor.
