PVFC and SDFC signed cooperation agreement on credit and financial services In the morning of September 29, 2009, the signing ceremony of cooperation agreements on credit and financial services between PVFC Song Da Finance Company (SDFC) took place at PVFC Head Office, 72 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi.
Attending the signing ceremony, on the PVFC side, there was Mr. Tong Quoc Truong – General Director, and the Board of Directors and leaders of concerned divisions. On SDFC side,there was Mr. Hoang Van Khinh - Chairman, Mr. Doan Hoa Thuan - General Director and division leaders.
According to the signed content, PVFC and SDFC will fund to customers of both parties including but not limited services like issuing mobile loan.
In addition, PVFC and SDFC also cooperates in providing other financial services to customers of both parties, including but not limited to services such as issuing debt instruments, underwriting, issue consultation , merger sale consultation, consultancy on setting up financial plans, fund arrangements...
This is a milestone which confirms the closed cooperation of PVFC and SDFC in credit and financial services. Pursuant to this agreement, PVFC and SDFC will discuss opportunities and collaborate to provide services to customers.
Mr. Tong Quoc Truong said: "Along with the partnership between PetroVietnam and the Song Da Corporation, SDFC and PVFC also had the agreement, but through this signing ceremony, we hope that projects and customers of the two parties will share and support each other and further promote the strength and position of each party ".
