PVFC Thanh Hoa co-sponsored in 12/9 Petroleum Cement Project 
July 20th, in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, together with BIDV Nghe An, Ocean Bank Vinh (sponsoring banks), PVFC-Thanh Hoa Branch has signed the co-sponsoring contract, credit contract and mortgage contract with the 12/9 Petroleum Cement Joint Stock Company – the project owner.
According to the contracts, total capital for the project was VND614 billions (PVFC Thanh Hoa – VND214 billions, BIDV Nghe An – VND300 billions, Ocean bank Vinh – VND100 billions). The project content was to upgrade equipment, technology and output capacity of 12/9 Cement Plant up to 1,500 tones of clinke/day. When completed and starting its operation, the Plant would meet the cement needs for Petrovietnam’ projects in Vietnam Central Zone.
