On Sep 11, 2009, in PVFC headquarter at 72 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi, Mr. Bui Cong To, the Deputy Commander of the Guard High Command gave the campaign medal “For the Party and Leader Protection Career” to Mr. Tong Quoc Truong, Secretary of PVFC party committee cum PVFC General Director. Attending the ceremony there were also representatives from the Guard High Command, Police Ministry, Mr. Vu Huy An, Deputy Secretary of PVFC party committee cum PVFC Deputy President, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, PVFC Deputy General Director.

Over the past few years, beside the stabilizing the business with high result, partly pushing up national social-economy, Mr. Tong Quoc Truong also actively directs PVFC’s social activities, especially the movements of national security and defence.

On this occasion, Colonel Bui Cong To expressed the gratefulness to PVFC for is support to soldiers of the Guard High Command in the guard activities. He also emphasized that “This is the most elevated medal of the Guard High Commend to whom have excellent achievement in the Party and Leader Protection Career”.
