PVFC signed memorandum of understanding with DIC Group 
On Jan 20th 2010, in Vung Tau City, PVFC and DIC Group (The Corporation of Development and Investment in Contruction) together signed the memorandum of understanding.
Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh – Deputy Director of State Bank in Vung Tau Province, Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan – DIC Group’ President cum General Director, Mr. Tong Quoc Truong – PVFC’ General Director, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – PVFC’ Deputy General Director, and Mr. Nguyen Phuc Hai – PVFC VungTau’ Director, together with leaders from the 2 partners’ member companies.
According to the MOU, PVFC would provide credit and fund arrangement, financial advisory and personal finance services. DIC Group and PVFC would investigate to co-operate in such sections as: petroleum, energy, finance and insurance for oil & petroleum field, in each other’ conditions and abilities. The 2 side also committed to support each other in exchanging business information, marketing and branding.
This event is a milestone of 2 partners’ co-operation that had gave good results before and highly appreciated.

On the occasion of 80th anniversary of Vietnam Party (3/2/1930 – 3/2/2010), on Feb 2, 2010, Petrovietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC) and New Hanoi Arts Company – the project manager of “Hanoi Ceramic Mosaic Mural” held the inauguration the first phase. PVFC HCM began construction of The Office Building No. 43 Mac Dinh Chi St.On Jan 30th 2010, PVFC, PVFCCo and PV Oil – the 3 investors from PetroVietnam has organized the ground breaking ceremony of The Office Building No. Mac Dinh Chi St. Construction. PVFC granted the Top Trade Service Award 2009
On Jan 24th 2010, at the International Convention Center – No. 11 Le Hong Phong St. Hanoi, PVFC has been appraised and rewarded by Ministry of Industry and Commerce with the Vietnam Top Trade Service Award 2009. PVFC won the 4th position in the top 10 entrepreneurs. PVFC financed and sponsored Yen Thang Golf Course grand opening ceremony
On Jan 9th 2010, PV-INCONES together with People Commitee of Ninh Bình Province, has officially opened the Royal 54-hole-golf-course in Yen Thang Lake. Located in Yen Mo, Tam Diep, Ninh Binh Province, this 670ha course is considered the largest one in Vietnam up to now, with total investment around 1,700VND billions.
