Information of Rang Dong CERs auction
PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation (“PVFC”) established under the laws of Vietnam, having its registered office at 72 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi, Vietnam and duly authorized by Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (“PetroVietnam”) is conducting an auction for “Transaction of the issued Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) from the Rang Dong project (CDM Project 0152)” for the total amount of 350.000 CERs, generated from 1 Dec. 2001 to 31 Dec. 2005 vintage.
All eligible Bidders interested in the bid for the aforesaid auction are kindly requested to submit Expressions of Interest to PVFC no later than 17:00h (Hanoi time), 19 November, 2009. The expression of interest to bid shall be accompanied by Bidder profile, annual report and supporting documents proving the financial capabilities for the payment of CERs transaction. A shortlist of eligible Bidders satisfying the stipulated criterion will be sincerely invited to participate in the auction.

The CERs for salehad been issued by the CDM EB to the permanent holding account of PetroVietnam and have been transferred to the Seller’s Swiss Registry Account.
