Begins construction ceremony of Phu Dat Apartment Building 
On the morning of November 26, 2009, the Phu Dat Investment and Construction JSC solemnly held a ceremony to start construction "Phu Dat Apartment Building" at 48/5B Ung Van Khiem, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.
Attended and witnessed the ceremony are the present of Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of PVFC, Mr. Doan Minh Man - Deputy General Director of PVFC, Mr. Ho Nghia Thu - President of PVFC’ trade union, representatives of local authorities, investors , contractors, partners and press agency.
The "Phu Dat Apartment Building" is a work marked a key milestone for the development of the Phu Dat company in investment and construction field. The project "Phu Dat Apartment Building" has a total investment of 230 billion dong, including a basement, a mezzanine and 16 floors, total floor area of 15,029 m2 building, total 125 apartments all the grounds. Designed by Hoang Van Tan architecture company, the construction company is PVC. Proposed to complete after 18 months of construction.
"Phu Dat Apartment Building" designed with the high-standard apartment, the building was designed with modern and elegant, offers the comfort and amenities of living, security, safety.
The project is located in Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City is one of the important projects is set out in the strategic development of Phu Dat company in accordance with the direction of development planning of urban space in Ho Chi Minh City.
When completed, the project was put into use and exploitation, along with other projects in housing, commercial transactions in the planning area will create a community of architecture and urban space civilization, modern, attractive in Binh Thanh district in particular, and Ho Chi Minh City in general.
When the Phu Dat Apartment Building complete, it will be promised tobe an ideal place for locals, and is the first home for PVFC staffs.
